SOME INFORMATION

Attendance
It will be possible to attend the conference either in presence or remotely. Daily fees are also available for those who wish to attend only one or more days separately.
EURAF members can register at reduced fee. We kindly invite those who are not EURAF member yet to join the European Agroforestry Federation following one of the two options:
1) Subscribe EURAF through your national agroforestry association. In this case, the EURAF fee is only €10 (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE)
2) Become an individual member paying €30 to EURAF bank account and you will be registered. For information visit EURAF website and write to [email protected]

According to the last Italian Decree Law, FFp2 masks are mandatory during performances open to the public that take place indoors in theatres, concert halls, film theatres, live music and entertainment venues and other assimilated venues, and sporting events and competitions that take place indoors.
For this reason, during the conference it will be required to use FFp2 masks.

Study Visits
The maximum number of participants for each Study Visit is 30/40. Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, Study Visits booking will  be closed.

Social Dinner
Social Dinner will be on Tuesday 17th May in the wonderful location of Su Gologone, in the heart of Barbagia.

Transfers
It is possible to book transfers for 15th May (from airports to Nuoro) and 20th May (from Nuoro to airports). Additional transfers can be booked under request once in Nuoro (subject to availability).

Refunds
If an attendee is unable to participate in presence, his/her fee will be valid for online participation. Attendees who cannot participate in presence must notify it by email to the Organizing Secretariat using the email address [email protected] (it cannot be done online through the website or over the phone).

CHANGE ONSITE REGISTRATION INTO ONLINE REGISTRATION

Before 31 march 2022 Onsite Early Bird Registrations will be changed into Online Early Bird Registrations with a partial refund (the difference in fee less a 20€ administration fee).

After 31 march 2022 Onsite Early Bird Registrations will be changed into Online Registrations without any refund.

WITHDRAWAL OF REGISTRATION

A refund of registration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before April 15th, 2022 less a 50€ administration fee.

A 50% refund of registration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels between April 15th, 2022 and May 5th, 2022.

No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after May 5th, 2022.
